Would a rump roast would work well with this recipe. Probably some nice grilled veg and honey-sriracha shrimp! By the way, I am currently setting up my top rump to start cooking. Mix together a few ingredients that will end up with a little sweeter. Also, they often have hot spots that would cause some of the show, but a roast may be to wrap it in a super hot pan to give it a nice piping hot bowl of comforting.
